Thanks for the free text! I wish I had endless access to paper and ink so that I may print it. I prefer paper text over a screen any day. Looking forward to digging into it in my spare time!
You are welcome. It is hard to see typos in one's own writing, so I would be very glad to hear of any typo you notice. These little things can destroy the meaning of a sentence.
